Sandwiches that are fun to make may not always go down easy
I am by no means a chef, but I admit I dabble with culinary pursuits when I have the time. I pride myself in making a good sandwich (I have a few years behind a deli counter to thank for that). So as a homage to the sandwich arts, I produced a fake cookbook that serves more as a descending narrative into chaotic carbo–loading than it does a collection of recipes.
